OEBP knows that experienced, motivated and innovative staff are at the heart of a successful enterprise culture. We provide a range of opportunities, within local businesses, that focus on increasing your personal business acumen, knowledge and experience. Placements can be linked to curriculum, management and/or personal development.

Professional Development Placements:

• Increase your understanding of industry and careers
• Help you produce innovative approaches to the curriculum
• Give you access to resources for lessons, case studies and course work
• Help you form valuable links with employers

Placement opportunities supporting the new diplomas, including ICT and Creative and Media, are currently being developed for delivery.

Group Professional Development Placements: Funded programme available!

Attend pre-organised placements in companies of all sizes and industries accross the County. Group placements are structured to maximise the benefits for all participants.

Individual Professional Development Placements:
